the best time to get a fish

the best time to get a fish is in the summer wen it reaches 70 degrees out because i got one in the middle of November when it started to get cold out and freezed the water. but close to that time, i'm just giving friendly addvise to all the people that want fish right now in this cold weather out this year wait until the late spring, thats the best time for it.
