Well here is a way how you can stop them from keeping those little buddies outta there. Don't adopt pets from pet stores adopt them from shelters. If a animal is in a cage for too long their actions and behavior may change. Believe me, I had a dog who was in a cage for some time and when he got out things got pretty bad. So if you already adopted a animal from the shelter already, just spread the word maybe ask someone to read this blog.
